Non Disclosure Agreement

Innovation Lab recognize and agree with the fact that intellectual property contained in any proposal that is referred to Innovation Lab belongs to the applicant innovator and might not be adequately protected legally. Therefore, we undertake not to divulge or disclose any conceptual, technical & commercial information which is provided to us by the innovator in any manner to any person or organization without the prior written consent from concerned independent innovator. We further agree not to use any information belonging to concerned independent innovator for commercial purpose without their prior written consent.
