The company was started in March 2011 and is currently incubated at Technopark (TBI), Innovation lab. The company is partnered by three young enthusiastic entrepreneurs, Pratheeksha A K, Rohti R K and Nithin Bose.

AmidRay Technologies has expertise in the field of software and embedded systems and we have teamed up to bring about a new insight into the field of business by working for sustainable development. AmidRay Technologies endeavors to work in the water management sector by providing the right kind of solution to individual households, apartments or any buildings and agricultural sector. We aim to expand our horizon by generating more employment especially among women. We work in the water conservation domain and have already developed the prototype of our novel and innovative product called the Cacto. Cacto was launched on May 3rd 2011, the launch was covered by some of the leading newspapers in Kerala like Mathrubhumi, Malayala Manorama.
